This site is run by Juan Diego Saire, an individual based in Lima, Peru. I am responsible for the personal data described here.
Only what you send through its two forms: the contact form (What brings you here?, Full name, Corporate email and Details) and the issue report form (Report category, Affected page, Browser, Device, Details of what happened, Full name and Email). Nothing else is collected while you browse.
To read what you send, reply to it, and fix what you report. Your data is not used for marketing, newsletters or profiling, and it is never sold.
Both forms are delivered by Web3Forms, operated by Web3Creative from India. Under its Data Processing Agreement, Web3Forms stores submissions on Amazon Web Services for up to three years, and its spam filters (CleanTalk and Akismet) receive your IP address and email address. Your message then reaches my inbox, hosted by Google.
Because of these providers, your data is processed outside Peru, including in India, the United States and other regions where they operate. By ticking the consent box on either form, you agree to this transfer.
I keep what you send for as long as our conversation needs it, and delete it from my inbox twelve months after the last reply. The copy held by Web3Forms follows its own three-year limit.
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, under Peru's Personal Data Protection Law (Law 29733), by sending a privacy request from the report page. If you are not satisfied with my answer, you can complain to Peru's National Authority for Personal Data Protection.
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no trackers. It keeps only your theme, language, page text and menu state in your own browser, and you can clear them from “” at the foot of any page.
